The Foutz Family: October 2008
http://thefoutzfamily.blogspot.com/2008_10_01_archive.html
Tuesday, October 28, 2008. And The Bed Rest Continues. I was dilated a little more at my Dr. Apt today so it looks like the bed rest will continue for about 2 more weeks. Two weeks sounds like nothing considering this all started about 7 weeks ago! Monday, October 27, 2008. 34 weeks (35 on Thursday). Saturday, October 4, 2008. Ended up in the hospital with a round of contractions that would not stop. Not Fun! Between the Magnesium Sulfate and the 24 hour once an hour monitoring, I'm exhausted!

The Foutz Family: November 2008
http://thefoutzfamily.blogspot.com/2008_11_01_archive.html
Tuesday, November 11, 2008. Happy Birthday Benjamin Isaac Foutz! Isaac was born November 7th at 10:45. He was 7 lbs. 13oz. and 21 in. He had to go to the NICU for observation because he was born 35 weeks 6 days. If he were born after midnight he would have gone to the regular nursery! Everyone is doing great! Isaac is perfect and the delivery was very FAST with no complications. I guess the third time is a charm! She also told us last night that she thought he looked a little weird! Kara 9 years old.

Happy Hiatts: The Catacombs
http://happyhiattfamily.blogspot.com/2013/12/the-catacombs.html
Friday, December 6, 2013. The Catacombs were my choice of what to do in Paris. Not sure what that says about me. We had a go down 130 stairs and walk about a kilometer through narrow tunnels to get to the catacombs. The catacombs were built in the late 1700's due to overflowing cemeteries. Hundreds of years worth of dead were brought under Paris to take care of the problem. Alina and I found it fascinating, McKayla just thought is was creepy. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). It was so cute that I had to get some pictures! That day had been pretty rough as far as obedience goes so it was great to end on a good note! In fact, that night as we said prayers, Kyson said, "Let's have the nicest person say the prayer.Dad! I looked at her and asked, "Did you make right choices today?

The Foutz Family: Backtracking, agan!
http://thefoutzfamily.blogspot.com/2010/12/backtracking-agan.html
Tuesday, December 7, 2010. They all seem to happen at once! Andre's in August Kara's in September and Isaac's in November. It's my busiest time of the year between birthdays and getting Kara back to school. This year seem even more crazy with our house being built all summer and then the actual move July. Getting prepared seemed to consume our entire Summer! Not to mention Ben rupturing his Achilles tenon and both of us getting our wisdom teeth pulled). What a fun and busy year! Kara 9 years old.

Tuesday, June 10, 2008. Our Marshmallow Roast at Nana and Papa's. Jonah and Sophie left last weekend for Kansas City. They will be gone 4 years while Jonah finishes dental school. It will be strange not seeing them at Nana and Papa's for Sunday dinners. We'll miss you guys! We had a lot of sticky fingers and faces after it was all said and done. :). Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Happy Hiatts: Christmas Market in Trier
http://happyhiattfamily.blogspot.com/2013/12/christmas-market-in-trier.html
Friday, December 6, 2013. Christmas Market in Trier. There were street performers all over and the girls loved all of them. Porta Nigra, the largest Roman city gate north of the Alps. There were so many little booths selling a wide assortment of Christmas items. Most Christmas markets have a collectors cup that changes every year. We drank a lot of Kinder Punch so we could get a cup at each market. Alina thought this was so neat and insisted I take a picture. The stone carving in this church was amazing.

Thursday, June 10, 2010. My mom MADE these Jedi costumes for the boys. Can you believe it? She calls them "play clothes" for them to dress up in, but really they could be on the set of Star Wars - they are awesome! Posted by Frugal Chic Living. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
