Chillin In LA: September 2004
http://greggyd.blogspot.com/2004_09_01_archive.html
A College Student Lost In L.A. Thursday, September 30, 2004. Michael Moore Hates America. To celebrate the release of "Michael Moore Hates America" in LA this weekend, I'm posting some work I did comparing a movie about politics I really enjoyed, "Wag the Dog," vs. a movie I didn't, "Fahrenheit 9-11." Enjoy. As Wag the Dog so poignantly asks us, Why does the dog wag the tail? A College Student Lost In L.A. Friday, October 29, 2004. Jon Stewart Used To Be Funny. Jon Stewart used to be funny, but like many other celebrities who take a step into politics has fallen to the wayside. The key. To staying funny in politics is ironically to try and stay out of it. No thanks. Was the acting subpar? Were there character issues? Was the middle slow? Quite th...

Chillin In LA: July 2005
http://greggyd.blogspot.com/2005_07_01_archive.html
A College Student Lost In L.A. Monday, July 25, 2005. Believe The Truth: Oasis Is Back. I can't say what a delight it is to pop in a CD and be surprised. Too often these days artists only give us more of what we expect (see Coldplay X&Y). And while that sound might be excellent, the risk takers are rarely noticed, or rewarded by the populace at large. I can't reccomend this album enough. Welcome back Oasis. Posted by greg at 12:47 PM. Tuesday, July 12, 2005. My First "Only" Remix. I really enjoy remixes ...
