Just another WordPress.com site. Teacher, grad student, and mother. Analyzing and Managing Scope Creep. Remodeling is not always the easiest thing to control! The way things were going only one of the projects would be able to be completed. I would not be happy with the fact that my basement was not finished because the bathroom was done at a larger scope and drained the budget. I would be happy with this! The project is starting officially next week, and I am adamant about keeping it within budget!
