In the cycling world a lot of talk goes on about diets, nutrition, and race weight. I myself have been known to try various diets each season to cut weight and more importantly remain healthy. This XC season I will be following these simple guidelines rather than a strict diet:. Eat food. Not too much. Mostly plants.". Stay away from "Health Foods".
