2014 OFFICIAL TEXAS HURRICANE GUIDE PARTNERS. Develops the content for the Guides as a continuing commitment to saving lives and property; educating people about risks and dangers from tropical storms, hurricanes, storm surge and inland flooding. Printing of the 2015 Guide was accomplished by Henry Wurst, Inc. Central Plant in N. Kansas City, Missouri; through the required bidding process. Walmart employees offer a Guide to every person entering their stores located within the targeted outreach areas.

Below is a list of the 23 Texas Coastal Counties cited to be in an at-risk service area. Included are all coastal counties and each adjacent county inland. Along side of each county is its associated FIPS. Federal Information Processing Standards) code and then the 2010 census population value for each county. Approximately 7.9 million Texans reside in the 23 county at-risk service area; and, are being provided with life and property saving information through the Texas Hurricane Guide program.
