Interfacial Digressions: September 2013
http://interfacialdigressions.blogspot.com/2013_09_01_archive.html
Friday, September 13, 2013. Another really short lit link post. A cavity QED approach to magnetic resonance. That was just published - figured a few of you might be interested in this sort of thing. In other news, have a fair amount of NMR data myself to work through and understand. Speaking of which, back to it. Read more! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Great Molecular Crapshoot. Interfacial Digressions: Break On Through To the Other Side
http://interfacialdigressions.blogspot.com/2012/03/break-on-through-to-other-side.html
Thursday, March 8, 2012. Break On Through To the Other Side. I was reminded to share this page. In light of some recent. Elsewhere. I would also encourage interested readers to check out the rest of Prof. Sethna's web site - there's a whole lot of great material on numerous interesting topics in physics and "complex systems," as well as what seems to be a nice, modern. Interfacial Digressions: Capitalism.
http://interfacialdigressions.blogspot.com/2014/07/capitalism.html
Thursday, July 31, 2014. My non-research career seems to be going well, at least insofar as I can manage to say 2.5 months into it. Relocation will occur in August, and I will be able to reduce the amount of time I spend on the current commute. It's been quite an experience, and to be honest, I think it will keep me from being bored for a couple of years at the very least. Talk to me in a year, though. August 1, 2014 at 10:33 PM. Interfacial Digressions: October 2013
http://interfacialdigressions.blogspot.com/2013_10_01_archive.html
Wednesday, October 9, 2013. It's been an interesting week so far, with the vesicle transport. And now multiscale modeling. Being recognized. While I clearly missed the ball this year in contrast to last year, I suppose it still leaves a potential Prize for molecular dynamics to be awarded in Chemistry, or perhaps Physics without the Higgs juggernaut lying in wait. Interfacial Digressions: May 2014
http://interfacialdigressions.blogspot.com/2014_05_01_archive.html
Friday, May 2, 2014. I have escaped the chains of academia and will be gainfully employed in the private sector starting later this month. Still on the East Coast, though. Can't win them all. I may get around to more regular posting in the future, although that will depend on timing and cognitive momentum. Read more! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). The Great Molecular Crapshoot. Interfacial Digressions: January 2013
http://interfacialdigressions.blogspot.com/2013_01_01_archive.html
Monday, January 7, 2013. I hope that everyone's 2013 looks to be promising and full of potential in all possible areas. We will see how far I get with my various scientific self-improvement goals this year (read up on relativistic QM/QC - I have a borrowed copy of Dyall and Faegri's text. Kind of poking through it slowly; my going-on-a-couple-years goal of getting Shaik and Hiberty's text. On VB theory under my belt; and more on my various programming self-study projects).
