The Education Bureaus of North Lincolnshire and Dalian have been working collaboratively on a range of succesful exchange programmes for the last seven years. Two years ago a short visit took place in Dalian, involving Bureau Officers and teachers, looking at the ways in which music and PE are taught in China, and the impact that this has on the wider Chinese community.
