Our season is short, intense and unpredictable which makes having access to locally grown food that much more precious and delicious. Νομίζω ότι δεν έχει τη θέση που του ταιριάζει, στο σπίτι μας τουλάχιστον. Θέλω να πω.ένα μήλο την ημέρα το γιατρό τον κάνει πέρα, το πορτοκάλι έχει βιταμίνη C, το καημένο το αχλάδι τόσο νόστιμο και περνάει κάποιες φορές απαρατήρητο (σε εμάς τουλάχιστον, το ξαναλέω). Νόστιμο μυρωδάτο κεκάκι με αχλάδι και υπέροχη καραμελένια κρέμα. 110 γρ βούτυρο μαλακό.
