I am in more pain right now from a relatively simple operation to what I was after my major insides rearranging bypass! I was bleeding last night so went to the doctors today to see the nurse. She said I need to keep an eye on it as bleeding can be a sign of infection. Let’s hope not. I have slept most of the day. I am eating terribly. Leave a Reply Cancel reply. Enter your comment here.

Thoughts On Better Communication Through Words. I am a fan of great communication. This blog is focused on tips and tools for reaching people more effectively. When it comes to communication, I have one aim: attract the audience toward life change. These are my thoughts, boiled down from over 20 years in the dramatic and communication arts. I’m not a genius, so I give credit to my influencers whenever possible. There are a couple of plays I’ve written and I’ve dabbled a bit in fiction. November 10, 2012.

Breaking the habit of a lifetime. Hayley’s Surgery List. The ALL Important… STATS! I have been called the opposite of that lately, but I am filled with positivity! It runs through my veins baby!
