It’s that time of year again. Well, it’s always that time of year with our river, but even more so during the spring. It hasn’t been raining very hard, just a near constant drizzle for the past several days. It doesn’t take much though. A few weeks ago I did a post. Where I explored the riverbank in my backyard. Tiny Festival | Miss Night Owl

Today was the official start of Tiny Town’s annual festival. We have a carnival all week, but the main activities happen from tonight through Saturday night. It is tradition for Mother Nature to help celebrate by drenching the festival at least half the week. Every single year. Last year we got a flood.
