My Little Quiet Place. Sunday, September 26, 2004. Lawsuit against CBS/Kerry Campaign. Interesting and agree with filing the legal lawsuit! It seems the avalanche is bigger than at first thought. If a federal law was broken then, by all means, CBS and the Kerry campaign should suffer the consequences for their actions.
