Crossfit PBs och mål. Torsdag 6 februari 2014. En riktigt stressig vecka kan man lugnt säga, men funkar trots allt. Efter gårdagens kassa resultat så flöt det på riktigt bra :). Power Snatch - 60%x4, 65%x4, 70% x 4 x 3 (% of full) 57.5/62.5/67.5kg. Power Clean Jerk - 60% x (4 1), 65% x (4 1), 70% x (4 1) x 3 (% of full) 67.5/72.5/77.5kg. Front Squat Jerk - 70% x (2 2), 80% x (2 2) x 4 77.5/88.5kg. Front Squat - 85% x 3 x 4 112.5kg. Press - 4 x 4 57.5kg (tror jag kommit förbi en platå här :) ).
