Register for Cycle Friendly. Cycle Training Assistant (SCQF Accredited Level 5). By completing the course, a Cycle Training Assistant can plan and deliver cycle training sessions using Bikeability Scotland resources. In some areas you may receive mentoring and supervision form a cycle trainer while you gain experience. To become a CTA you should be a competent cyclist and must be a minimum of 16 years old 18 where working independently. What skills do I need? How long does it take? What will I need?

The course covers the following: bike handling, cycling with confidence on the road and roadside repairs. What skills do I need? You don’t need any specific skills other than the desire to be more confident on your bicycle. How long does it take? This is usually a 2-3 hour session. What will I need? What will it cost?

4000 islands (finished this post at last). Asymp; Leave a comment. The islands are like a delta area of the Mekong River just before it crosses into Cambodia. The river grows to about 14kms wide for about 60km with all the islands spread along that stretch. There are 3 main islands that have small towns and acommodation so first I’ve landed on Don Det, where most people stay. I still can’t get photos to upload. I’m nearly back in Thailand so I hope it will work then! Getting the evil eye to move on.
