Our first stop was Mikes pastry- one of our favorite places in B-town and wanted Holly to partake of the. What a SWEET treat! So, off we went! Bryson, Holly and I (Hallie was fast asleep in the car with Daddy) ran over to the crowd and found a small opening in the masses of spectators where we had a GREAT view of all the runners. Ben and Alyssa: Hallie's Blessing Day
http://benandalyssa.blogspot.com/2013/04/hallies-blessing-day.html
This day was special. Family and friends gathered,. Tender words were spoken,. Sweet moments were captured,. And our darling little angel was blessed. I am so grateful for the gospel of Jesus Christ. I am grateful for the priesthood. I am grateful that my eternal companion is worthy enough to hold this Godly power. Today was a day that reiterated my faith, my love for my Heavenly Father and Savior and reminded me of how precious this life is and how grateful I am for eternal families. Life in our Nest.

This racing boat was the one that President JFK sailed on when he would visit Newport. This was the sailboat that we got to ride. It was sooo windy the whole boat kept tipping, it was soo crazy fun though! Mary trying to eat an Oyster that my Dad and Ben dared her to try- YUCK! My silly Dad ;). We are in Boston!

Monday, August 31, 2015. I did this post not long after our trip to the beach, but it's just sat as a draft! We spent the first week of May with my family at Holden Beach! Chillin at our lunch break on the drive down. He saw her on the curb and joined her. We drove down on my nephew's first birthday and celebrated it with him the next day. They live far away so I hadn't thought I'd get to be with him on his first birthday - so that was super awesome! Our baby loved them! And he loved his sunglasses (they...

Tuesday, January 6, 2015. Hot Cup was off work from Christmas Eve through the weekend after the New Year. In the weeks prior our 3 year old had been saying "daddy no work, daddy play all day" every morning, and he loved all the playtime with daddy over the break. Christmas Eve we visited Hot Cup's dad. He doesn't really say anything but seemed to enjoy seeing his grandkids. They were a little more animated than this . some of the time. Hot Cup suggested he count backwards and he did :). We didn't get to ...
