My doing - I organized it and motivated colleagues to participate. And i just wanna chicken out. Due to a number of circumstances I basically didn't train. So I am supposed to run 5 kilometers, untrained with a bunch of colleagues today. The fear and anxiety lead up to gaining weight even - so I am at my heaviest in about a year, having to run 5 kilometers.

Gestern mal wieder auf der Waage gewesen und ganze 1,4Kilo weniger als letzten Samstag! Wie geil is das? Ich schieb's auf den Sport, den wir diese Woche mal wieder gestartet haben nach 2 faulen Wochen! Jo, bringt wohl schon was . also dran bleiben, auch wenn die Motivation mal nachläßt. ;o). Es würden dann jetzt also noch zwischen 3,7 und 5,7 Kilo bis zum Zieln fehlen . heftig irgendwie!
