It is a little expensive on Crate and Barrel - I think it would be less inexpensive to replicate and also easy to make. I also love these owls. Too So so cute! But not sure I could make them. Friday, August 28, 2009. I am thankful for. 1 contact from an old friend via Facebook. I have missed her. She just got married. I am so very happy for her. 2 a great day out and about with Michael my love. I haven't been sleeping so having a great day out was just what I needed. Wednesday, October 28, 2009. I am a U2 fan. I have started it but I haven't finished it but U2 is on there several times. I first heard them when someone passed me a walkman - with a tape of them. It was the album War. And I was hooked. We were on a long bus ride from Omaha to Colorado for Bible Camp and I just kind of lost myself in the music. I have really good memories associated with U2. Wednesday, February 4, 2009. In this post, Sydney is 1 year, 1 month, 1 week, and 1 day old. So this morning I decided that I didn't want Mommy to help feed me yogurt. Even though she insisted on helping me with most of it, in the end I managed to secure both the spoon and the yogurt container for my very own. Look Ma. I'm messy! But it sure did taste good. And then at lunch I did my very best at feeding myself berry applesauce. At this rate Mommy will need to give me a bath 3 times a day.

Friday, April 24, 2009. In this post, Sydney is 1 year, 3 months, 4 weeks old. Today Mommy and I met up with Mom-mom and Pop-pop for lunch. Since Mom-mom and Pop-pop are headed to St. Marteen for 2 weeks, we wanted to see them before they left. So we met 1/2 way at the Freehold Mall. Wednesday, December 16, 2009. In this post Sydney is 1 year,11 months, 2 weeks, and 5 days old. This past week has been filled with lots of Chanukkah celebrations in our house. We have celebrated with Sydney each night of Chanukkah by lighting candles, singing songs, and she gets a present each night. She is LOVING that part! Just like last time, life seems to be moving so quickly that I am horrible about updating our blog. One of my new year's resolutions is to try and update weekly. We will see how long that actually lasts, but I am hoping it will last for the entire year, as I would really like to capture more of our memories on here. Thursday, January 14, 2010. 2 year well baby visit. I completely forgot in the other update to add that yesterday Sydney had her 2 year well baby visit at the pediatrician's office. She did really great, especially considering how much she hates going to doctor's. She had to get 2 shots and a finger prick to check for anemia, but all was good and she only cried briefly. Such a big girl she is! She is height and weight proportional and is 34 1/2 inches tall, and weighs 28 pounds 4 ounces! Life was sane be...
