During the day when people are on the streets and visiting SAM, it makes perfect sense to have MIRROR in operation. But in the early morning and after 5:00 PM, there is less reason. There are few people on the street, and by dusk, MIRROR becomes an intrusive annoyance for neighbors. So why does SAM insist that this display must be on from 7:00 am until 11:00 pm, wasting untold amounts on energy?
