Monday, October 12, 2009. So here's what we've done most recently. I put up those curtains in our bedroom! Although now that they're up I wish I had bought longer ones. This picture is kind of dark but we started to put the living room together. We moved furniture in, and finally uncovered the couches. We are realizing that the room is still pretty big and we don't have much furniture. Another view of the bathroom. Derek put the fixture up also. The office is finished and ready for our desk and computers!

Tamarindo is a beach town on the Pacific coast in the northwest part of Costa Rica, and is a popular surfing destination. At that time it was a fairly quiet, surfing town that had a relaxed, close-knit community that encouraged a fair amount of tourism.
