DeSales Impact Project Wins “Most-enhanced” Award. 2829 Magnolia (pictured above, before renovation, and below, after renovation) was recently awarded the “Most-Enhacned” building award from the St. Louis Landmarks Association. DeSales always strives to pursue economic diversity in its development projects while working to maintain the historic architectural heritage of St Louis. The project architect was Heine-Croghan.
