The Real White House: Sunflower seed harvest

Oct 1, 2011. Today we harvested sunflower seeds. With over 60 sunflower plants, we shared plenty with the birds and squirrels and now have a bucket full soaking in water. They have to soak over night then we will lay them in the sunshine tomorrow to let them dry.then it's oven roasting time! Go green in elementary art. Making art with kids. Olive Oyl is a Neophiliac. Aug 18, 2010. The new Hipstamatic app has been our favorite toy this summer. I plan on posting some of the shots taken with this app. I know it doesn't replace those toy cameras that I'm in love with, but the app is uber easy and a whole lot of immediate fun. Yay!
