The allotments have been badly affected by recent rain - we have renamed the area round our shed Lake Allotment and the shed looks like our lakeside cabin! It could be thirty degrees everywhere else in the country and there it would still be arctic. Apparently it is only windy when the tide is either coming in or going out.
