Where it all began – hospital volunteering. July 9, 2015. July 20, 2015. Today I received my ‘clearance’ to volunteer at my local hospital. I’m now officially a NCT Breastfeeding Peer Supporter. It’s been a long, involved, emotional process and so it should be actually as I’ll be working on a ‘specialised’ (consultant led) ward with newborn babies and women who may be feeling more vulnerable than they have ever felt before. I am good to go! Complete with two badges and a t-shirt. I forget everything I...

Creating a focal point. August 11, 2015. 5 Comments on Creating a focal point. Tick follows tock follows tick follows tock. Every day the world around us is changing endlessly and irreversably. My little world is no different. The children are growing, learning and developing. Their personalities are starting to shine. One day a tiny baby, the next a toddler. One day a shy little girl, the next a confident child marching off to school without looking back. And all the time, there’s the camera. When we ha...

Ten Free Summer Holiday Activities. August 4, 2015. 12 Comments on Ten Free Summer Holiday Activities. I may be a little late to the party here, after all my children are only young. So here is my latest observation on the summer holidays – they’re really, really expensive! Without our usual activities going on, we’ve been out and about every day, having an amazing time. Unfortunately, my bank balance is not happy. 1 Build a den. 2 Visit your local library. Even for children who aren’t bookworms, t...

A NEW PARENTING STAGE. WHERE DID MY BABY GO?! - Pouting In Heels
http://www.poutinginheels.com/a-new-parenting-stage-where-did-my-baby-go
A NEW PARENTING STAGE. WHERE DID MY BABY GO? A NEW PARENTING STAGE. WHERE DID MY BABY GO? Nd I have entered a new parenting stage.
