In the afternoon, we had a driver take us to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. We were there in time to have nice afte...

Saturday, July 11, 2009. What a fantastic place for kids! Located in Sonoma is a place called Traintown! There is a train that runs through acres of beautiful scenery, tunnels, bridges, and takes you to a petting zoo. There are also many rides such as a carousel, a roller-coaster, an airplane ride, a ferris wheel, swings, endless fun! The girls had so much fun! Gary and I did too :). The girls were feeding some ducks. Gracie is a big cheeser! This could be a good ad for Traintown! Chillin on the train!

Sarah Grace: School's Out!
http://sarahgracesmith.blogspot.com/2009/06/schools-out.html
Thursday, June 11, 2009. Friday was the last day of school for us. It is a tradition for all of the teachers and staff to come out to wave goodbye to the students as the buses drive away. We also had a bunch of fireworks. We have a lot of buses. Too bad some of the buses have only a few kids on them. I made it through my first year here! That is an insane amount of buses! Sarah Grace: Jerilynn & Ray's Visit
http://sarahgracesmith.blogspot.com/2011/05/jerilynn-rays-visit.html
Monday, May 9, 2011. Jerilynn and Ray's Visit. We arrived at home just in time to catch the Royal Wedding coverage on CNN! On Saturday, we had a leisurely morning and Jerilynn and I walked over to the grocery store. After lunch, we took a taxi to the dirt market where we had a great time people-watching, checking out all the things for sale, and buying things too. The air quality was not good because of a sandstorm and we had quite a bit of wind blowing us around, but we had a good time. On the way home ...
