Interesting sights along the road less traveled. What I’ve been up to since I posted last. So I’ve been taking a self-imposed hiatus of sorts from blogging over the past few months, decided it was time to start updating it again. We’ll see how long it lasts, but hoping to post things on at least a somewhat regular basis! As you can see, I’ve been toying with black and white photography a bit – kind of cool what you can do with it! In late October, I had the chance to visit Dakar, Senegal for work. It...

Interesting sights along the road less traveled. Bidding Season has begun. As you can probably guess by the lack of posts, the past few months have been a bit hectic. Between classes, family, and everything else, I’ve definitely had my hands full! However, now that things are slowing down a bit I thought I’d try to get this blog going again. Being on the East Coast now, I took advantage of the holiday weekend and headed up to New York City for a few days of fun. The trip went pretty well! Still, I was at least able to get my kimchi fix🙂. New York City’s Koreatown. My bus back to DC wasn’t until Monday evening, so I spent my last morning in NYC checking o...
