Journey to a fit life. Saturday, June 14, 2008. The Third Week Battle. I'm really excited to post today. The third week battle is over (June 8 to 14). Result of the weigh-in just came in, folks! Lost about 5 lbs or 2.5 kgs (Im now 70kgs)! I jogged this morning at the CCP complex. I dont know why I lost so much this week. I didnt follow my scheduled activities (my steps counter average per day is 3,500), took meals on dinner, yet I lost that 2.5 kgs. The second week stats:. Missed my second week schedules.

The scale didnt move. I didnt lose nor gained. That despite of activities and depriving myself of the precious dinner meals. What a week! Well, admittedly, I really never followed my physical activities. With a day, that my step counter reads less than 2,000. Will i make it to my goal? Dilemmas of Growing Old.
