Now he’s graduated and I’m spreading my blogging wings a bit further afield to include posts about stuff I’m doing, sports I might be playing or watching, travel adventures or my cats. It’s likely that the only sport I’ll be playing is soccer but I watch all kinds of stuff, and so does one of my cats. But it’s obvious from watching the tree that’s visible through my living room window that the wind has switched direction, just like the weather guys said it would. It’s switched by 180 degrees so we must be on the opposite side of the storm. Ain’t science grand! Crazy lawn guy is cutting his soaking wet, stick and leaf filled lawn. Downed trees and power lines.

I guess we’re going to find out if these ornaments can stand up to a 14 lb cat. Thank goodness he lost a pound this past year! Every day I remind Finn how lucky he is that I love him.
