Doula Mama San Diego. What is a Doula? Welcome to Doula Mama San Diego. My name is Melissa McNall and I am a DONA trained Doula. After I became pregnant and gave birth to my daughter, I became completely in awe of how a woman's mind, body and baby work together during the birth process. I am honored to be a part of each family’s birth. I believe that birth is one of the true miracles of life and I feel honored and blessed to assist in each one.
