ITU Para-Triathlon World Championships, London, England. Dinner Thursday Night: Delicious! Starbucks coffee break mid-ride. I have had a few races since my last post and overall the season ended on a pretty good note! I raced the Tarpon Springs Sprint Triathlon in Tarpon Springs, FL, Age Group Nationals in Tuscaloosa, AL, and Suncoast Sprint Triathlon in St. Petersburg, FL. Abby Thornton from FSU also competed and did very well as did my girlfriend Amanda!

Race morning rolled around, I had my usual banana, Cookies N Cream PowerBar. And cup of coffee, along with a few PowerBar Cola gel blasts about 30 minutes before the race started.
