What would you give to be perfect? What would you sacrafice, friends, family, significant other? All these and more rush through my head daily. Attempting abc. but can it really be long term? I will be posting in my journal daily. follow me see what I have accomplished. who knows maybe this is just what you needed as well. Well now that we have that out of the way heres what my week looks like:. Went to the gym burned 545 cals not including weights. 2 bowls dry cereal 260 cals. Sugar free red bull 15 cals. Protein bar 220 cals. 1 coffee 35 cals. So that means I was allowed 1045 cals today and only used 810 with a deficate of 235 cals. success. The rest of my week looks as follows:.

Ok so todays plan was 500 calories. Monster energy drink 20 cals. 1 large egg 74 cals. 2 slices ready bacon 56 cals. 1 coffee 40 cals. Tom and onion tuna 80 cals. 20 mini crackers 100 cals. Monster energy drink 20 cals. 8 pickles 6 cals. 1 pack of popcorn 100 cals. 20 min on the eliptical 200 cals. Biked for 35 min 225 cals. Walked on the treadmill for 16 min 100 cals. Stair stepper 5 min 50 cals. Grand total: 575 cals burnt. Ohhhh forgot to say my stats. So that scale tomorrow morning better be lower!

Dying 2 be Gorgeous. I want to be thin, not with a body like a little boy but curvy like a goddess! I'll do anything to get there be my motivation. This year I have new goals. Now that I’m a single girl, (first time I have been in a while) I think it’s time to focus on my physique. Get myself physically where I want to be. Goal is to lose 5lbs a month.
