Gym workshop - Oxford. The next Dyspraxic Me workshop is Saturday the 25th of April. This will be our first workshop outside of London! We are going to Oxford Brookes University where we will learn how to use gym equipment. By the end of the session you will be able to operate and use treadmills, exercise bikes, cross-trainers, resistance machines, dumbbells and free-weights.
