Moving forward. in theory. I, For One, Welcome Our New Pidgin Overlords. Read Your Exchange Emails With Gmail. April 8, 2007. So, what is one to do? You could live with it, but I dislike living with annoyances. I believe I have found a better solution: forward all your mail to Gmail. Unfortunately, Exchange provides no way to forward email. That’s ok. Gmail has a feature to automatically grab email from any pop-enabled inbox. Here’s how to do it. Click on “Accounts”. So, yeah. Gmail is searchable, Gm...

Saturday, July 10, 2010. June 2010 Reading List. Sorry this post is late! July came too quickly and we entirely forgot about June's book post until a few days into July. Monday, July 12, 2010. The Lord is my Pace Setter. Below is a version of the Twenty-Third Psalm from Japan, quoted in Having a Mary Heart in a Martha World. By Joanna Weaver. It's definitely a reminder that I need sometimes! The Lord is My Pace Setter. The Lord is my pace setter. I shall not rush. He makes me stop for quiet intervals. He provides me with images of stillness which restore my serenity. He leads me in the way of efficiency through calmness of mind and His guidance is peace. I loved this Psa...

Maidens of Worth: Weekend Surprise!
http://maidensofworth.org/2010/07/weekend-surprise.html
Saturday, July 03, 2010. Last night I was utterly and entirely surprised by a young man bearing a bouquet of pink and white daisies. That amazing young man was my brother Elijah, who, totally unknown to me (though my family and some friends knew and kept the secret well! Flew down from Iowa to surprise me for my birthday, which is this Monday. It worked well, since he has Monday and Tuesday off from work because of the holiday weekend! Maidens of Worth: June 2010
http://maidensofworth.org/2010_06_01_archive.html
Monday, June 28, 2010. Midnight is my walking companion. Almost without fail, he's there waiting for me the minute I step out the door. He grins (well, as much as a dog can. Grin) and wags his tail, "Walk with me? Most of the time I'm happy to go along. However, sometimes I have excuses. Even on weekdays I sometimes have excuses. "It's too hot now; I slept past my alarm." "Sorry, Midnight, this day is just too busy. Tomorrow, okay? Meet with God or impress others? These walks are something I won't forget.

http://maidensofworth.org/2010_08_01_archive.html
Thursday, August 05, 2010. Four years ago, on August 11th, 2006, Maidens of Worth was launched. In fact, our 4th blogaversary would be here soon. However, after thinking and praying about the purpose of this blog at this time of life, instead of moving forward, we've decided to bring this blog to an end. Periodically, and Anna will still be blogging about productions on The King's Courts. The content on Maidens of Worth will remain up as an online archive, but don't look for anything new. Beauty From the...

Maidens of Worth: March 2010

Wednesday, March 31, 2010. March 2010 Reading List. Dance Anatomy and Kinesiology. Many of the pictures included also show dancers with little clothes on, necessary for illustrating the techniques, perhaps, but I found quite a few unduly sensual in pose and presentation. It is a helpful reference for a dance teacher, but I may be looking into other books a little easier to digest and remember. Business by the Good Book. The Art of Theatre. The Story of the Trapp Family Singers. That Demands a Verdict.
