delicious ambiguity: Very first mothers day card :)
http://deliciousambiguityblogger.blogspot.com/2012/05/very-first-mothers-day-card.html
8220;I wanted a perfect ending. Now I've learned, the hard way, that some poems don't rhyme, and some stories don't have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next. Delicious Ambiguity.” ― Gilda Radner. Thursday, May 10, 2012. Baby Hillyer: December 2011
http://babyhillyer.blogspot.com/2011_12_01_archive.html
Wednesday, December 14, 2011. Baby Bump, Month 5. Here it is in all it's glory! I was just complaining to my mom the other day that I felt weird going into baby stores to look at cribs because I didn't look pregnant enough to be there. Well, this baby must have heard me loud and clear because the belly has arrived. I also started feeling Baby H squirming around in there last weekend and it is so neat! Thursday, December 8, 2011. Heart rate (over 140 = girl, under = boy): ours was 130 on Tuesday, so boy.

Baby Hillyer: January 2012
http://babyhillyer.blogspot.com/2012_01_01_archive.html
Sunday, January 29, 2012. I've been crazy about reading pregnancy blogs lately and I've decided that I haven't posted nearly enough in mine to document this journey. I think I can be extra good about it for the second(ish) half of this pregnancy. So far, here's how it's going down:. Baby is the size of a:. Rutabaga (which apparently is 13 1/2 inches long. Who knew.). Officially abandoned the Bella Band and have made the jump into maternity pants - wish I had done this sooner! Best moment this week. All q...

Living On Island Time: The Great Unknown
http://movingtoislandtime.blogspot.com/2012/09/the-great-unknown.html
Living On Island Time. Sunday, September 9, 2012. WE ARE MOVING WHERE! I don't even know where Daufuskie Island is. Did you say the only way to get there is by ferry? There are no traffic jams, stoplights, traffic lights, speed limits? Does that mean that there are no vehicles? Let me think about this for a moment. If there are no vehicles, are there any places to shop? What do we do about food? Please tell me there are restaurants nearby. How many people live on Daufuskie Island? Are there any churches?

Living On Island Time: September 2012
http://movingtoislandtime.blogspot.com/2012_09_01_archive.html
Living On Island Time. Sunday, September 16, 2012. That's a lot of water! Gullah , "das fus cay" means "the first caye" (or key) north of Savannah, Georgia. In the Creek Indians' language, "Daufa" means feather and "Fuskie" means pointed. They joined these words to refer to the shape of the island, or a land with a point. Which do you prefer? While I learned of Daufuskie Island only recently, research shows that it is between 80,000 and 120,000 years old! So, what happened next? Sunday, September 9, 2012.

Sunday, September 30, 2012. So here's to the Working Mommy Milestones, starting with Harbor's First Trip to the Pumpkin Patch. Saturday, September 22, 2012. Sleep, What's That? I'll be the first to admit that I'm a clueless first time mom. When we first brought Harbor home, I was perfectly happy to sit and hold her every second of the day (or night). Everyone said, "Don't worry, you can't spoil a baby this young! Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Baby It’s Cold Outside. From new year's to newborns. View my com...

http://babyhillyer.blogspot.com/2012/09/a-perfect-day.html
Sunday, September 30, 2012. So here's to the Working Mommy Milestones, starting with Harbor's First Trip to the Pumpkin Patch. September 30, 2012 at 8:02 AM. I completely can understand this post. I feel like William sometimes fusses because he is in daycare and would not as much if I were home with him. So silly. Safaris, Sparkles, and Sweet Tea. September 30, 2012 at 8:59 AM. The Pumpkin Patch is a milestone! She is so stinking cute! Take care and hope all is well! September 30, 2012 at 11:02 AM. I am ...

Baby Hillyer: New Traditions
http://babyhillyer.blogspot.com/2012/12/new-traditions.html
Sunday, December 2, 2012. Day 1: Take a Picture With Santa. We took Harbor to see Santa yesterday at a local mall. This Santa was legit. Real beard, awesome suit, even a fireplace in his Santa lair. I was curious about how Harbor would handle it all, considering she is having some separation anxiety issues, and the screaming baby in front of us didn't do much to ease my mind. But lo and behold, HH loved Santa! Day 2: Shop for Angel Tree Child. Be the guinea pig. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom).
