Altered from a recipe found somewhere online, probably allrecipes.com but I'm not really sure. 3 cloves of garlic, chopped. 1 small onion, chopped. 1 (10 oz.) package of frozen chopped spinach. 1 (6 oz.) package of feta cheese (you can try some of the flavored feta cheese in this recipe). 1 (8 oz.) package of shredded low fat cheddar cheese. 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust. 3 eggs, beaten. 1/2 cup of milk. You can do this! 1 Tbsp. olive oil. 1 clove of garlic minced. 3 eggs, beaten.
