Mix up the routine with some biking and other forms of exercise. Monday, 18 May. Chilled at the track. Ran about 20 minutes barefoot, much of that on the actual track. How dumb sounding is that? Wednesday, 27 May. When I arrived I was treated to a delish and complex meal of fish, rice, brussels sprouts with bacon. all sorts of goodness. I can't believe I remembered to stop my watch. Should've run faster. Jul 10, 2009. Well, it's been a while since I updated, yeah? The movie got made - which was ridiculously grueling. Caltech prepared me well, actually. I did my best to sabotage it, doing many stupid things along the way, but hopefully I was net helpful. Now that would have been a big surprise getting to the airport and realizing that. I just ran into Sarah on campus the other day and got the Thailand story. Sounds great - have fun!

I can't believe I remembered to stop my watch. Should've run faster. May 5, 2009. Monday, 4 May. Recovery day. I jogged 2 miles or so on the NF, which I noted is *slightly* bigger now. When did they take that fence down? Where the heck have I been? Afterward I swam for 30 minutes, just trying to take it easy. I tried swimming fast for 50Y and I did about 40 seconds.
