Passed a couple of guys around here who were fading but there was till about 6 runners up ahead where the gap remained steady. Only problem though was that I was already in. The plan was for a 8km (5m) tempo, I’m currently doing some fitness training with the Loughrea rugby team, so I decided id head down early taking a longer route down and then finishing out the run with laps of the pitch.
