About Erin Ramsey Swim Instruction. Erin Ramsey Swim Instruction, formerly Wee Swim Swimming Lessons has been operating since 1989. Erin began teaching lessons at The Balboa Bay Club in Newport Beach, California to keep herself busy and out of trouble as a teen in the summers. Not only was it a great job, Erin loved working with the children and was quickly promoted and began training new teachers for the Club. Erin Ramsey Swim Instruction 2013.

What if I need to cancel? Once you have agreed to a date/time, the deposit is non-refundable. However, if we are given notice at least 1 month prior to the start of your lesson and your spot can be filled, your deposit will be credited to you for a later session if available. What if my child gets sick? Depending on when this occurs and the expected recovery time, you session may need to be re-scheduled. Lessons missed due to illness may only be made up if there is opportunity in the following session.

Do plan to swim as much as possible AFTER the lessons are finished. Practice makes perfect and keeps confidence high. It is critical that your child swims daily for 2 weeks immediately after their session and with high frequency thereafter. Absolutely do not swim during the nine days of lessons. This sends mixed messages, and may prolong crying and impede progress. Do not use floaties, goggles, etc. with a new swimmer. If you have been using them, STOP NOW! Don't talk too much.
