Welcome to the Phillips Neighborhood Network about PNN. A smaller but very focused redevelopment is occurring at the Hi-Lake Shopping Center at the intersection of Lake Street and Hiawatha Avenue in East Phillips. This project is designed to serve both the neighborhood and commuters on the LRT (Light Rail Transit) line which bridges the intersection. Some of Phillips' businesses are mentioned here.
