But I realized I had never done a post on this dress, and I knew I needed to remedy that, since it really deserves its own finished post. I think this is one of my favorite things Ive ever made. Which is good, since its definitely the most labor-intensive by far. Certainly, it was tons of fun to wear! I had to stop and calculate a few things from time to time, and consult with Maggie Reese about what the scalloping machine can do, but the cutting out went very smoothly. Laughing Magpies Trek Costumes. Shiny Objects in Space. ST BAMF FABRIC FTW! Screenprinted with acid dyes, for much, much less than dye sublimation would have been.
