My Fitness Journal (as I strive for fitness after 40). My Weight Loss Journey since 1/1/09. Monday, January 17, 2011. Weight – 137.0, Total loss 2.5 pounds. I was a little bummed that the scale didn’t budge this week, but I wasn’t surprised since it’s time for hormones to play a part. I know that I ate well all week. I know that I got my workouts in. I have to admit that I ate good all week until Friday when we had pizza for supper. I’ve been frustrated, and I think that’s playing a part in my motivation or lack thereof. My Fitness Journal (as I strive for fitness after 40). My Weight Loss Journey since 1/1/09. Sunday, January 17, 2010. C1 2010 – Week 2, Day 14 of 84. Weight – 122.5. Down 4.5 pounds this week! My workouts were great until Thursday, too. I might add here, that since I’ve been eating healthy and working out at least 5x a week… I don’t get sick. In over 5 years, I’ve barely even had a head cold. So, when I am sick… I’m a huge baby! But, I’m feeling better now…. On to week 3…. Follow me on Twitter.
