This is how Jeff helped us. He came to our house when Mateo was 10 days old. Listening patiently, Jeff understood what memories we wanted to preserve, the type that felt familiar and real, without too much posing or artifice. Despite our love for spontaneity, there was also the picture to try to recreate. Jeff saw the picture of my mother and he knew exactly what to do to give it form again. He took great care to figure out the lighting, pose, point of view and setting - no detail was overlooked.
