Tuesday, October 09, 2012. So, after seeing that flat Dutchbaby picture from yesterday, I had to give it another shot. Let the baking begin! We watched in amazement as it grew and grew. The little hill in the center shifted into a mountain, then erupted into a volcano as the eggs cooked. Oh, this is so very much better than our last Dutchbaby. Savory aromas are filling the air as it cooks. Sweet and savory joined at the hip to create some serious yumminess. Yep, that’s a word. Monday, October 08, 2012.

Now that he's been around for a month I can finally get around to writing about how he got here! They were all of a sudden 3 minutes apart! This is the first time I've had to keep track of contractions so it was kind of exciting! So I tried my best to breathe through contractions for an hour and a half, and then I couldn't take it anymore!
