How to eat well on a budget. Christmas is fast approaching and I’ve been going over menu ideas. Will we have ham or turkey, Russet or sweet potatoes, and the ever-important cranberry sauce from scratch or a can? Something I’ve noticed is that every family seems to have that one dish that is indispensible. That dish will be at every holiday party, year round, no exceptions. With my family that dish is Waldorf Salad and I’d like to share the recipe with you today. 2 Granny Smith apples, peeled and cubed.
