This year I kept the foyer table simple so I wasn't sure where to display this Nativity set. It has to be in a place where my little kids can't easily reach as I will be sad if it breaks. Friday, December 9, 2016. Christmas in the Master Room 2016. This year I am really in the Spirit, so I decided to add some Christmas decor to the master bedroom. I love the look of a flocked tree and the master was the perfect place for it. I didn't want to spend an arm an a leg on a tree, so I did a lot of research and hunting, until I found the perfect one at Walmart. It is 7 ft and it comes with lights. And the best part, it was only $69 something. December 11, 2016 at 7:49 AM. Your tree is gorgeous!

Tuesday, December 6, 2016. Christmas in the Living Room 2016. The Living Room is ready for Christmas! What color have you chosen for your Christmas decor this year? I've seen in a lot of blogs and websites lots of white Christmas, I absolutely love that, it is very magical and romantic. But nothing says Christmas to me better than red! So this Christmas I choose to bring back the red by adding some Christmassy and wintery pillows, throws, candles, cranberries and tree decorations. Best of the weekend.

Monday, March 7, 2016. A new slipcover for my ottoman. A while back, when I redecorate my family room, I needed an ottoman to go in front of one of my chairs. While I was growing up my mother told me wonderful stories of her father and he became something of a hero to me. I always knew that my grandfather served in WWII, but didn't have any details.
