May 20, 2012. I’m guessing … yes. I did this for years, and in the process of following this routine managed to gain about 20 lbs. Needless to say, I didn’t feel good about how I looked, had low energy levels and really just was unmotivated all the way around. Having been there myself, I wanted to share with you my journey back to a fit and healthier lifestyle. I was off down the road with a 2 mile run planned. Fit – Healthy – Renewed: The Beginning. May 12, 2012. Once upon a time, I had a dream of becoming a nurse. But life responsibilities prevent me from being able to go back to school now. However, becoming a certified personal trainer is something that I can begin now. So it is from here that I shall begin. If I do go after my CPT certification – I think to make it work I will need to select a certification that will work better with my current circumstances. Personal trainer in Maryland.
