As a child I recall tossing and turning all night long, unable to sleep, suffered from bowel/stomach difficulties all the time and had heart arrhythmia. Those problems challenged academics due to lack of energy and focus. Fortunately, my curiosity led to looking for a reason and a cure for such things.
