Tuesday, November 26, 2013. Week 3 down and a massive loss of 2.2kgs! That brings me to 10.2kgs lost overall! I am SO HAPPY! Wednesday, June 18, 2014. Just a quick note to let you know I'm alive! April, May and now June have been a bit of a non-event in terms of weight loss. That is - I've stayed around about 79kgs or less for the duration. I have been eating a lot off plan, although I've kept up the regular exercise. Tuesday, May 13, 2014. Yesterday we had a free Heart Health check. It was provided by my work, which was pretty awesome. They had a lady come in and take a finger prick test for blood glucose and cholesterol, as well as taking our blood pressure and waist measurement. I'm pleased to say that my results were quite good!
