Like the name suggests, they serve Laotian and Thai food. I've been there a couple times and it's delicious! The nam (pictured above) is super yummy. Homemade soups are surprisingly easy to make, and folks really seem to like them! But I have to admit, these soups are good, and sometimes it's exactly what I want to eat! Beef (1 lb. - cut into 1/2 inch pieces). Onions (1 or 2 - chop into 1/2 inch pieces). Mushrooms (like 4 cups? Garlic (4 or 5 cloves - chopped). Olive Oil (2 or 3 tablespoon). Beef Broth (2 quarts).

When I used to read about moms hiding vegetables in their food to get their kids to eat them, I used to think to myself, “Haha, that’s silly! Now I’m doing it. It was easy to chop up a couple extra tomatoes and add them to the spaghetti sauce. Then I thought, let’s see if they’ll eat the vegetables if I hide them in plain sight. They actually loved it! I feel like every time I leave Phoenix I always go to Miami, like whenever I head to the airport, I'm on my way to see my family in Miami. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but I decided to switch things up a little, since there ARE other people that I love and care about that I don't get to see often enough. So a couple days ago, I packed my bags and got on Southwest Flight 797 bound for Indianapolis. That's right, Indianapolis!

These are basically rice wrappers which are dry and come in a plastic package like this one below (I use these). You can find these at most any Asian market like H-Mart. Iceberg Lettuce, julienned. Spring Onions (green parts, whole length of wrapper). Cucumber, thin and cut to length of wrapper (Seedless cucumbers work best). 1 part chunky peanut butter.
