Wednesday, June 30, 2010. So I officially made it though 9 days! I am proud that I did it. I was able to loose 7 lbs. In additon to that I feel better. I think the biggest reason is that I am struggling with the eating stuff. I am still working out 5-6 days a week. That is going great. I am afraid of getting too comfortable.
