Laquo; Wild Woman Inside Me. Detail from my “Intuition Goddess Quilt” continued…. 8220;Witching Hour”, A Pillow For Sale. 8220;Witching Hour”. I used to wake up almost every night at 3am in a panic. My mind would race looking for something that was wrong. Something bad I had done and forgotten about until just that moment. It was an awful feeling, scary, and my mind would spin and spin. Getting back to sleep was almost impossible. I started calling that time my witching hour. Feed You can leave a response.

Little House Home Arts: May 2015
http://littlehousehomearts.blogspot.com/2015_05_01_archive.html
Tuesday, May 26, 2015. Five quilts in process. Can you find them all? See the rack in back! I have written before about how I cannot stick to one project at a time. Perhaps some of you are like me? It is the same with quilting projects as well! At the time that I embarked on my New Year's resolution of finishing my seven unfinished quilts, I really wanted to start new ones! In starting more, seven looked like less! Yes, I am certifiably crazy! Oddly, I think many quilters are like me? It has all begun to...

Little House Home Arts: February 2015
http://littlehousehomearts.blogspot.com/2015_02_01_archive.html
Saturday, February 21, 2015. In college my girlfriend and I used to say, that there seemed to be nothing heavier than a great potential. I think that is changing for me. A new collection of Civil War Materials- dreams yet to be realized. This dream seems to show signs of psychological progress. At last my dreams are admitting that I prefer to sew than nurse, despite still having some guilt about giving up nursing. Rolls of strips of materials to be stitched into a simple 9 Patch -9 Patch Quilt. A simple ...

Mind you, this goal might well take me my life time, but with exciting new quilt dreams in my head, it is likely the strongest motivator ever to make myself finish at least some of my old projects before tackling new ones. Here is the first UFO completed. I planned an appliqued bl...
