I see the light…and friendship! When people are interested to know all about the new house, it builds up the mood and excitement and it usually ends with the shouting sentence “LET’S GO SEE IT NOW! Therefore it was quite exciting when the first lights were up, cos it meant that we no longer need to fear going over at night! Ironically, it was the downlights which were up first hahahaha. Get it? Xixing hard at work and Claudia, well not so hard at work but at least she was everywhere! Clarie hard at work!

No paint, no gain! There’s nothing like a fresh coat of paint to get the ball rolling, or the paint roller rolling in this sense. Checked out some of the packages available from home fix n the shop near my house, it was outrageous! About $1450 for a 4 room flat! Our ID could haf done it for $1100 but it was still outrageously expensive. Fortunately, thanks to mom’s contacts, we were able to engage a part time worker named ah qiu, and i haf to say, his work is brilliant! 4 Nippon Matex – For ceilings.

Archive for May, 2011. Who wants the Aspella! The pillow gal wanted a balcony, location near mrt, food centre. Balcony is always rare in 4-room flats so it was a tough criteria. The Grace and the Peace that I so needed…. IT’S been a real hectic week at work and i found myself giving in to despair. If there’s such a word). Maybe its the work, maybe its me(REALLY). BUT the Lord has given me good colleagues, good Assoc Dean, who shows me so much leniency. Mandy waited 2 hours past the off-work time! Have I been giving myself selflessly just like how others have been for me? FOOD FOR MY THOUGHT. WORRY filled me even as i told the Lord everything I was going thru. BUT the LORD is GOOD.
